WHERE IT GOES WRONG
Pass boxes, air showers and doors have to match the pressure scheme they sit in. Ordering them against a room list rather than against the pressure drawing is how interlocks end up fighting the cascade.
HOW THIS IS QUOTED
Priced against a schedule, not a wish list
We supply materials and equipment either as part of a project we are coordinating, or on their own against your own drawings.
- From a panel schedule. If you already have quantities, we price them directly. If you have a floor plan, we produce the schedule first and you keep it, whoever you buy from.
- Filters. HEPA and ULPA by grade, frame type and housing. Terminal filters and fan filter units are specified together with the ceiling grid they sit in, not after it.
- Transfer and entry equipment. Pass boxes, static and dynamic, transfer hatches, air showers and gowning furniture, matched to the pressure scheme they sit in.
- Flooring. Sheet vinyl with coved skirting, epoxy systems, or conductive and dissipative build-ups where static control applies.
- Delivery. Site, date and access route go into the schedule. A panel that cannot get through the door on the day is a programme problem, not a delivery problem.
