About us
Prelia Cleanroom is the cleanroom business of Prelia Biotech Group Sdn. Bhd., registered in Malaysia and based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. We plan cleanrooms, supply the systems that go into them, and coordinate the parties who install them.
Systems built by our own group
The room systems, filtration and transfer equipment we supply come from our group's engineering and manufacturing operations in China, which is where the projects shown on this site were delivered.
That matters in one practical way. When something changes between the drawing and the factory, the specification and the manufacture sit with the same party, so the change does not have to be renegotiated down a chain of suppliers.
Starting from the regulatory route
Our background is in regulated healthcare manufacturing and Malaysian medical device compliance. That is a different starting point from a general contractor's.
It means we read a project from the regulatory route first. What you will have to demonstrate to NPRA, to the Medical Device Authority, or to a halal auditor determines what has to be built into the room, and designing that in costs a fraction of adding it after a failed inspection.
We are direct about scope. Construction works are carried out by CIDB-registered contractors, classification testing is done by an independent party, and we tell you which is which before you commit.
