Lead time is driven by material delivery and by how much of the work has to happen around live production. We give you a sequence with dates at quotation stage, once the scope is fixed.

The construction contract sits between you and the CIDB-registered contractor appointed for the project. We contract separately for planning, supply and coordination. Keeping the two apart means you can see exactly what each party is charging you for, which is harder to do when it all arrives as a single number.
