We visit, measure, and look at what is actually there. Ceiling void, power, drainage, access for materials.
Concept and classification
Zoning, airflow direction, pressure cascade and the target class per room, with the reasoning written down.
Scope and quotation
A scope split showing which party is responsible for which works, with pricing and a sequence.
Supply
Materials and equipment delivered to site against an agreed schedule.
Installation and coordination
Installation by the appointed CIDB-registered contractor, coordinated against your production calendar.
Testing and handover
Independent classification testing, documentation pack, and a walkthrough of maintenance access before you sign off.
